The bathroom bill has to do with the issue of which bathrooms transgender people are allowed to use. This transgender bathroom issue can be said to be the latest civil rights fight. This “bathroom bill” which has been passed in a number of states has become quite a large issue.What the purpose of this bill is exactly is it puts into action a law that requires that people must go in the bathroom for the gender they biologically are. In other words, the gender assigned to them at birth, or whatever gender is on a person’s drivers license is the bathroom they must go in. Because of the controversy, and the form of sexual discrimination that is found with this bill, the courts are now going to be the ones who decide.
